Brownie - Brown Porter, Fusto 24L

Slightly hazy beer, ebony color, characterized by cappuccino-colored foam, medium grain, not very persistent.

The aroma is very intense and predominantly marked by caramel notes (caramel candy), biscuit notes (cookies), and dried fruit notes (hazelnut). The bouquet is enriched by toasted notes (toast and milk chocolate), earthy and herbal scents. A slight note of red fruits is also present.

The taste is intense, leaning towards sweetness, and characterized by caramel and toasted malts. The body is full, the carbonation very light, and a very pleasant silky tactile sensation is experienced. A light bitterness closes the taste, useful for balancing the flavor. A soft and full-bodied beer, quite sweet but with great balance.
