Duars - Session IPA, 30L Keg

A rather clear beer with a light amber color, featuring fine and abundant foam.

The intense hopping, given by a mix of American hops: Amarillo, Citra, and Centennial, used at different stages of production, creates a moderately intense aromatic bouquet with hints of mango, apricot, pineapple, and citrus.

In the mouth, it is delicately bitter, but the malt base balances the flavor well. The carbonation is light, and the body is well-present. A fresh and balanced product with a surprising body.
