Scirocco, a beer produced in the Irish style, is rather clear, ebony in color, characterized by cappuccino-colored foam with medium grain bubbles and fairly persistent.

The aroma starts with evident malty notes of toasted bread and light roasted. Additionally, licorice and coffee notes are still noticeable on the nose, and finally, small notes of red fruit such as plum and cherry are perceptible.

The taste is well-balanced by sweet notes that subsequently give way to bitter roasted notes that envelop the entire palate with a very pleasant almost tactile sensation.
