Shaka Woop - IPA with pink pepper, 30L Keg

A slightly hazy beer, golden yellow in color, characterized by white foam with medium grain bubbles and medium persistence.

The aroma starts with spicy and evident notes of pink pepper that overshadow the rest of the aromatic bouquet for a few minutes. After a few minutes, the nose opens up to other very interesting aromas of tropical fruits and apricot. The malty component is very evident with notes of biscuit.

In the mouth, it is well-balanced; obviously, the predominant taste is the initial bitterness from the hops, which pleasantly evolves into a long bitterness around the palate due to the use of pink pepper in production. Excellent mouthfeel, fine and intriguing carbonation, medium body, and very pleasant to drink.
