Tallgrass - White IPA, 30L Keg

A rather clear beer, light golden yellow in color, characterized by white foam with medium grain and fairly persistent.

The aroma is characterized by good intensity and cleanliness. The predominant notes are fruity and floral. Among the fruits, tropical ones prevail, while among the flowers, hawthorn is recognizable. Later on, malty aromas of hay and bread crust can also be found.

The taste is of medium intensity and persistence. At the beginning, there is a good balance in the mouth between sweet and bitter. Only towards the end does a pleasant and not too long bitterness prevail, inviting another sip. The carbonation is lively and well-balanced by the smoothness due to the use of wheat. The body is medium.

A low-alcohol beer, pleasant and easy to drink, that easily adapts to all tastes.
